The NPIF includes £425m in 2017-18 and £820m in 2018-19 on R&amp;D funding, and £25m in 2017-18 and £150m in 2018-19 on digital infrastructure.<\/p><p>Housing and transport spending is devolved, and in these areas, the Northern Ireland Executive, the Scottish Government and the Welsh Government have received increases in their capital budgets as a result of applying the Barnett formula to changes in spending in England.<\/p>"}
