I am considering the approach to these as part of my ongoing consultation process with interested parties. I want to make progress as swiftly as possible.<\/p> <\/p> As I set out in my Written Ministerial Statement of 7 October, the Government is now carefully considering its next steps following the Northern Ireland Court of Appeal\u2019s judgment in light of the additional declarations of incompatibility made by the Court of Appeal.
