What happened at Emstrey Crematorium over the course of more than a decade was totally unacceptable and we deeply sympathise with the parents in these tragic cases. We are clear that this should never happen again.<\/p>

When I set out that the Department of Health implements its death certification reforms, the Ministry of Justice will also amend its cremation regulations to reflect the changes to cremation authorisation processes.
