The recent consultation \u201cStrengthening consumer redress in the housing market\u201d sought views on how to ensure consumers from all tenures have access to appropriate redress when things go wrong with their housing.<\/p>
This included considering how best to bring together all different mechanisms and structures for providing housing related redress, so consumers are always clear who is best placed to resolve their complaint.<\/p>
We have been considering responses to the consultation and intend to publish our response shortly.<\/p>"}
