The review made 154 recommendations \u2013 including the establishment of new statutory advance choice documents, so that people\u2019s wishes and preferences carry far more legal weight.<\/p><p>We have accepted this recommendation.<\/p><p>The Government is currently considering the detailed recommendations of the review and will respond in due course.
