Electricity sites are not determined by size, but are settled on their Profile Class. Licence conditions require energy suppliers to install smart meters (or in some circumstances, advanced meters) to all electricity sites in Profile Classes 1-4, and to gas sites where average annual consumption is below 732 MWh per year. We would expect most park home sites to fall into Profile Class 3 (Non-Domestic Unrestricted Customers) or 4 (Non-Domestic Economy 7 Customers).<\/p>

The Government recognises the potential that tidal energy could play as part of the UK energy mix.<\/p>

We are considering how best we can support the development of tidal stream energy, following my rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State\u2019s autumn speech.<\/p>

On 10 February the Government announced that it will commission an independent review to assess the strategic case for tidal lagoons and whether they could represent good value for consumers. We anticipate that the review will be completed in due course.<\/p>
