We expect all housing developers to deliver good quality housing, deliver it on time and to treat house buyers fairly, resolving any problems quickly. All new homes are also subject to supervision by Building Control \u2013 local authorities and approved inspectors. DCLG Minsters will continue to raise the issue of quality regularly when they meet with the industry.<\/p>"}
