This Government established the What Works Network in March 2013 and has since created a number of additional What Works Centres. The latest Centre to be developed is the What Works Centre for Wellbeing, where initial funding of over £3.5 million has been committed beyond the lifetime of this Parliament. In July 2013 the Government appointed Dr David Halpern to be the What Works National Adviser.
