answer text <p>Agriculture and land management is key to the environment and the maintenance and improvement of our iconic landscapes. Our policy framework will respect the work of farmers and support environmental goods.</p><p> </p><p>Continued support is important, and so is reform. We need to take the opportunity that being outside the Common Agricultural Policy will give us to use public money to reward environmentally responsible land use.</p><p> </p><p>We have no intention of weakening our current environmental protections. We want to ensure that we are the first generation to leave the environment in a better state than we inherited it.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The law relating to contempt of court applies generally to all courts and this includes the family court. The legislation establishing the family court provides that the family court may make any order (including orders punishing for contempt of court) that could be made by the High Court or the county court if the proceedings were in those respective courts; and the powers of judges in the family court to punish for contempt are proportionate to their level of seniority.</p> more like this
