answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/06/2022 answer text <p>We are recruiting an additional 20,000 police officers by March 2023, the biggest recruitment drive in decades. As at 31 March 2022, 13,576 additional officers have been recruited as part of the Police Uplift Programme in England and Wales, 68% of the 20,000 officer target.</p><p>At 31 March 2022, Humberside police has recruited 237 additional uplift officers against a combined year 1 and 2 uplift allocation of 193 officers. The force has been allocated 129 additional uplift officers in the final year of Uplift.</p><p>The 20,000 figure refers to warranted police officers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/06/2020 answer text <p>EEA and Swiss citizens who are resident in the UK before the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020 will be eligible to apply to secure their status under the EU Settlement Scheme and will have until 30 June 2021 to make their application. Applications under the EU Settlement Scheme are not subject to the Immigration Health Surcharge. This was agreed as part of negotiations on the Withdrawal Agreement with the EU, which also protects the rights of UK nationals in the EU.</p><p>After the introduction of the new points-based immigration system, migrants to the UK subject to immigration control will be treated the same and should pay the IHS if staying for longer than six months. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/09/2017 answer text <p>Information on National Health Service spend on wheelchair provision and the number of NHS-funded wheelchairs provided in each of the last 10 years is not available centrally.</p><p> </p><p>Since July 2015, NHS England has collected data from commissioners on a quarterly basis about wheelchair services and delivery of the wheelchair pathway. This includes the collection of data covering volume, expenditure and access to services.</p><p> </p><p>The National Wheelchair Data Collection, which is available as an online only resource, is available at the following link:</p><p><a href="https://www.england.nhs.uk/ourwork/pe/wheelchair-services/nhse-role/" target="_blank">https://www.england.nhs.uk/ourwork/pe/wheelchair-services/nhse-role/</a></p><p>Local clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) are responsible for commissioning the majority of wheelchair services for their local populations and equipment will be prescribed according to the patient’s clinical need following an assessment by an appropriately qualified practitioner or prescriber.</p><p> </p><p>To improve wheelchair commissioning, and support continuing work promoting personalisation in wheelchair services, NHS England has published a Model Service Specification for Wheelchair and Posture Services. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/09/2015 answer text <p><del class="ministerial">This information is not available and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.</del></p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">The total number of potential tribunal claims for pregnancy-related detriment or dismissal notified to Acas under the early conciliation scheme by individuals in 2014-15 was 1,851. Of these:</ins></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">· 308 were settled by Acas at early conciliation stage and recorded on a COT3 settlement document;</ins></p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">· 545 progressed to a tribunal claim being taken, 264 of which were subsequently settled on an Acas COT3 following further conciliation;</ins></p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">· 998 were not settled through Acas, but did not progress to a tribunal case.</ins></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">An additional 18 notifications were made by employers. Seventeen of these were settled by Acas and the other was neither settled nor progressed to a tribunal.</ins></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">The Government does not have data on the number of private settlements which settled claims before reaching a tribunal.
