When the time comes for the vote to be held, the Government will put the appropriate analysis before both Houses to ensure that they are appropriately informed.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>In addition to this, as outlined in the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010, any treaty laid before Parliament must be accompanied by an explanatory memorandum.</p> more like this

This vote will take the form of a resolution in both Houses of Parliament and will cover both the Withdrawal Agreement and the terms for our future relationship.
