	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/11/2017 answer text <p>Marine and fisheries management issues are devolved matters for UK Overseas Territories (UKOT), who are responsible for managing fishing licensing issues, including vessel allocations. In terms of international quota allocations, however, St Helena (including Ascension and Tristan da Cunha), Bermuda, BVI and Turks and Caicos are part of the UKOT membership to the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT). The two most relevant Regional Fisheries Management Organisations (RFMOs) are the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) and the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC), which cover fisheries in the Atlantic and Indian oceans. The UKOTs have their own seats in these RFMOs. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/07/2018 answer text <p>Operational advice issued regarding the proximity of fishing activity, including pair-trawling, is often judged on a case by case basis and is dependent on local fishing patterns and behaviours. In addition to this there are also specific restrictions in place which limit pair-trawling in English waters.
