Of these three are rated ‘outstanding’, 53 are rated ‘good’, <del class="ministerial">39</del> <ins class="ministerial">36</ins> are rated ‘adequate’, <del class="ministerial">75</del> <ins class="ministerial">39</ins> are rated ‘Requires improvement’ and 21 are rated ‘Inadequate’. A table that has been attached to this answer sets out the most recent Ofsted rating for each local authority and indicates whether the authority is subject to intervention for its children’s social care services. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/10/2014 answer text <p>Ofsted undertakes a review of each local safeguarding children’s board (LSCB) at the same time as they undertake their inspection of local authorities’ services for children in need of help and protection and looked after children. Neither the review nor the inspection makes specific judgements about the sexual exploitation of children or the effectiveness of the local child sexual exploitation action plans. However, inspectors are required to include in the cases they evaluate “children at risk of harm from physical, emotional and sexual abuse and neglect; inspectors will also want to identify those children and young people where the local authority have concerns that they may be vulnerable to child sexual exploitation and those children and young people who have been missing from care, home and education”. In undertaking the LSCB review inspectors are required to “evaluate the quality and impact of the policies and procedures produced by the LSCB, such as the local thresholds document and the child sexual exploitation action plan.” An LSCB’s response to child sexual exploitation is considered as part of the overall judgement on the performance of the LSCB. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>The EU Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD), which came into force in March 2016, prevents lenders waiving the affordability requirements when a borrower moves to a new lender. As a result some borrowers may find it harder to switch to a new lender to access lower rates.</p><p> </p><p>While we must comply with the MCD, the Financial Conduct Authority have put in place exemptions which allow lenders to waive affordability requirements for customers that are remortgaging with their existing lender but not increasing the size of their debt. In addition in July 2018, UK Finance, the Building Socieities Association, and the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association, announced a cross industry voluntary agreement. Under this agreement lenders undertook to write by the end of 2018 to any borrowers on the reversion rate who are up to date with payments, and have a minimum of 2 years and £10,000 left on their mortgage, to let them know they can access lower mortgage rates with their existing lender.
