star this property answer text <p>As for every Finance Bill measure, HMRC provided a Tax Impact Information Note which included an impact assessment of alcohol duty changes. This can be found online at:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/alcohol-duty-rate-changes/alcohol-duty-rate-changes" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/alcohol-duty-rate-changes/alcohol-duty-rate-changes</a></p><p> </p><p>The government keeps all taxes under review at fiscal events, and we will consider this issue carefully as part of the Autumn Budget process. Any changes to alcohol duties need to take account of a wide range of factors, including the Exchequer impact, the impact on businesses and consumers, public health and the distributional impact of reform.</p><p> </p><p>Until exit negotiations are concluded, the UK remains a full member of the European Union and all the rights and obligations of EU membership remain in force. We will seek to achieve the right deal for Britain and for the EU.</p><p><strong> </strong></p>

The VOA does not report on a separate cost specifically attributed to the revaluation. The Agency’s most recent annual report and accounts are available at: <a href="http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/valuation-office-agency-annual-report-and-accounts-2016-2017" target="_blank">www.gov.uk/government/publications/valuation-office-agency-annual-report-and-accounts-2016-2017</a></p><p>The Government aims to move to more frequent business rates revaluations. star this property answer text <p>I am sorry, but the department does not collect data on adoption breakdowns.</p><p>Information on children who started to be looked after and previously had permanent arrangement was collected for the first time in 2014. These figures are published in table C1 of the statistical release <em>Children looked after in England including adoption: 2016 to 2017 </em>at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/children-looked-after-in-england-including-adoption-2016-to-2017" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/children-looked-after-in-england-including-adoption-2016-to-2017</a>.</p><p><em>Beyond the Adoption Order</em> published in 2014, found that over a 12-year period the national adoption disruption rate was 3.2%, indicating that 3 in 100 adoptions was disrupted over a 12-year period.<strong><br> </strong></p> more like this
