star this property answer text <p>I am sorry, but the department does not collect data on adoption breakdowns.</p><p>Information on children who started to be looked after and previously had permanent arrangement was collected for the first time in 2014. These figures are published in table C1 of the statistical release <em>Children looked after in England including adoption: 2016 to 2017 </em>at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/children-looked-after-in-england-including-adoption-2016-to-2017" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/children-looked-after-in-england-including-adoption-2016-to-2017</a>.</p><p><em>Beyond the Adoption Order</em> published in 2014, found that over a 12-year period the national adoption disruption rate was 3.2%, indicating that 3 in 100 adoptions was disrupted over a 12-year period.<strong><br> </strong></p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Marine and fisheries management issues are devolved matters for UK Overseas Territories (UKOT), who are responsible for managing fishing licensing issues, including vessel allocations. In terms of international quota allocations, however, St Helena (including Ascension and Tristan da Cunha), Bermuda, BVI and Turks and Caicos are part of the UKOT membership to the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT). Within ICCAT, the UKOTs have been allocated quota for bigeye tuna (2,100t), albacore (100t), swordfish (25t), which is divided between these territories, based on historical interests.</p> more like this

It has given councils the flexibility to support vulnerable groups, including care leavers, to help manage their council tax bills. We wrote to all councils in 2016 to remind them of the powers they had under the Local Government Finance Act 1992 to support vulnerable groups. A number of councils have already taken the decision to support care leavers through an exemption or discount on their council tax bills.</p><p> </p> more like this
