We understand that Ms Soliman was released on bail, pending further investigation, in December 2016. On 6 December 2017, Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon highlighted Ms Soliman's case in his speech at an Amnesty International Human Rights Day event. UK officials raised the Foreign Funding case with the Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister for Human Rights on 18 April 2018. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a whole and a number of associated individuals and entities remain subject to EU sanctions. In January, My Rt Hon and noble Friend, the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Baroness Anelay met the Bahraini justice minister and discussed the importance of holding police officers accused of mistreatment to account. Our Ambassador to Bahrain has raised our concerns over allegations of torture and mistreatment with Bahraini ministers. In addition to voicing these concerns, the UK is providing practical assistance to the Government of Bahrain to prevent the use of torture and to address allegations of its use. In particular, the UK is providing support to the Ministry of Interior’s Ombudsman and the Special Investigations Unit, both of whom have responsibility for investigating allegations against security personnel. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/06/2015 answer text <p>I remain deeply concerned by the continued detention of British national Andargachew Tsege in Ethiopia and about his welfare. Over the last year, there have been numerous discussions between the Ethiopian and UK government regarding Mr Tsege. The Secretary of State for Foreign &amp; Commonwealth Affairs, my Rt Hon friend, the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Philip Hammond MP) spoke to the Ethiopian Foreign Minister on 24 June and made a public statement on 25 June. He made clear that Ethiopia’s failure to grant our repeated requests was unacceptable, and informed Dr Tedros that the lack of progress in the case risked undermining the UK’s relationship with Ethiopia. The Pakistan Government can be under no doubt as to the importance we place on addressing these issues. The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond), discussed our concerns at the misuse of the blasphemy laws in Pakistan with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in November 2014, as did the Prime Minister, my right hon. Friend the Member for Witney (Mr Cameron) in December. We regularly urge the Israeli Government to intensify measures to support Gaza’s reconstruction and economic development. On 10 September, during Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s visit to the UK the Prime Minister, my right hon. Friend the Member for Witney (David Cameron), and the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my hon. We regret these incidents, and the disturbances that followed, including the deaths of two protestors. We note that the Indian police are investigating and we hope this process will be completed in due course and that the police will investigate fully. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/12/2015 answer text <p>During his visit to Saudi Arabia on 28 October, the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond) made clear the need for all sides to take all reasonable steps to facilitate access for humanitarian aid, and the importance of the non-politicisation of aid, as well as the need to facilitate access for commercial goods. We welcome the commitments of the Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister and Yemeni President Hadi in recent weeks that all of Yemen’s ports are open and that commercial ships, including fuel tankers, are now arriving in Yemeni ports, including Hodeidah. We are using diplomatic channels to urge the Saudi and Yemeni Governments to ensure commercial access is sustained. The Foreign Secretary and the Secretary of State for International Development, my right hon.
