<p>In the year ending June 2020, there were 357,273 extensions of stay in the UK granted,
the majority of which</p><p>would have the No Recourse to Public Funds condition imposed.

in-country extension routes (not including Settlement), only the ‘family and human
rights’ categories have the No Recourse to Public Funds lifted at the initial decision
point. All other grants of limited leave(as shown in published statistics) would have
the NRPF condition applied. Should a person’s financial circumstances change and they
are on a ‘family and human rights’ category, then they may apply for the NRPF condition
