I can confirm that my officials hold regular discussions with their FCA counterparts on these issues, including on the delivery of the Economic Crime Plan, the prevention of online harms, including financial promotions and online fraud, and issues related to anti-money laundering supervision. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/02/2022 answer text <p>The landmark transparency provisions contained in section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 made the UK the first country in the world to require businesses with a turnover of £36m or more to report annually on the steps they have taken to prevent modern slavery in their operations and supply chains.</p><p>To enhance the impact of transparency and accelerate action to prevent modern slavery, the Government committed to strengthening the reporting requirements contained in section 54 and introduce new measures including financial penalties for organisations that fail to meet their statutory obligation to publish modern slavery statements.</p><p>These measures require primary legislation and will be introduced when parliamentary time allows. This government remains committed to delivering a gender-sensitive asylum system ensuring all those who seek asylum are treated with dignity and respect.</p><p>The Nationality and Borders Bill will deliver the Government’s New Plan for Immigration – the most comprehensive reform in decades, to fix the broken asylum system. The reformed asylum system will be sensitive to gender and trauma-related needs, for example continuing to provide the opportunity for all those claiming asylum to be interviewed by an individual of the same gender and a trauma informed approach to avoid re-traumatisation whilst an individual is in the asylum system.</p><p>We are taking into account commissioned research and experiences of those seeking asylum.
