answer text <p>The Deputy Prime Minister's Office is an integral part of the Cabinet Office.</p><p>In 2010 the Office for National Statistics established a Measuring National Wellbeing Programme to look at wellbeing across the UK. The Cabinet Office is supporting this with a wellbeing policy programme across Government.</p><p>The costs of the programme are met from existing departmental budgets.
