The Secretary of State has made clear that he expects all companies to do the right thing, and that we will pursue those who fail to do so. We intend to establish a Responsible Actors Scheme that will make sure that any companies that fail to do the right thing face significant commercial and reputational consequences. The Government has announced unprecedented support within its Growth Plan to protect households and businesses from high energy prices. The Energy Price Guarantee and the Energy Bill Relief Scheme are supporting millions of households and businesses with rising energy costs, and the Chancellor made clear, they will continue to do so from now until April next year.</p><p> </p><p>The consumer saving will be based on usage, but a typical household will save at least £1,000 a year (based on current prices from October). Additionally, the Government has contacted potentially eligible households that could not be provided with the rebate automatically. Its use is targeted, and it will only operate in certain areas for a limited period of time.</p><p> </p><p>Data on Prison releases are routinely published as part of the <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/offender-management-statistics-quarterly-april-to-june-2023" target="_blank">Offender Management Quarterly Statistics</a>, the latest available data goes to June 2023.
