star this property answer text <p>As the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster set out in his <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/speeches/the-privilege-of-public-service-given-as-the-ditchley-annual-lecture" target="_blank">Ditchley Speech</a>, the Government is determined to ensure the Civil Service is better distributed across the country. The Places for Growth Programme is working with departments and public bodies to firm up relocation plans and further details will be announced in due course. The Places for Growth programme is exploring opportunities across the whole of the UK.</p> more like this
