To ensure that citizens and businesses in the UK and across the EU can plan for life after our withdrawal with confidence. We have agreed an implementation period that will last for 21 months beginning on exit day until 31 December 2020. During the implementation period, UK boats will have the same access to EU waters as they do now.</p><p>The UK Government sees no reason why pleasure vessels used for recreational purposes should see any change as a result of the UK’s exit from the EU. It does not stipulate that particular sports should be taught.</p><p> </p><p>The department published subject content for reformed physical education GCSE, AS and A levels in England in January 2015. Both sets of subject content include a list of activities in which students can be assessed. On 24 October 2018, the department launched a review inviting proposals to add activities to the list. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/11/2018 answer text <p>In the forthcoming refreshed Road Safety Statement, motorcyclists are one of the priority groups that the Department will be addressing.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>In 2017, there were 124 accidents involving a motorcyclist and a car in which the Contributory Factor ‘learner or inexperienced driver/rider’ was allocated by a police officer to the car driver; and 661 accidents in which it was allocated to the motorcycle rider. We will also seek to negotiate a mobility framework with the EU that supports businesses to provide services, and allows people to travel freely without a visa for tourism and temporary business activity.
