To extract this data, would require a review of each separate case file to identify convicted sex offenders and then track their progress on licence.</li></ol><p> </p><p>Public protection is our top priority. Sex offenders on licence are subject to ongoing robust risk assessment and to strict licence conditions to manage that risk. They are supervised under statutory Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA); under MAPPA the Police and Probation services are required to work together to manage the risks of known sexual offenders. Any offender who fails to comply with his licence conditions can be immediately returned to prison.</p><p> </p>

To extract this data would require a review of each separate case file to track their progress on licence.</p><p>Public protection is our priority and recall is used to ensure that offenders on licence who present a high risk of harm to the public or are at risk of re-offending are returned to custody as quickly as possible.</p><p> </p><p>Offenders on licence are subject to strict licence conditions, which are designed to enable the Probation Service to manage the risk that offenders may pose on release from prison and to safeguard public protection. All offenders on licensed supervision in the community are liable to recall to prison if they fail to comply with the conditions of their licence.</p>

More than 40,000 Foreign National Offenders have been removed from the UK since 2010, and in the last financial year a record number of over 6,300 were removed.</p><p>The Ministry of Justice, HMPPS, and HMCTS do not hold the information requested in the PQ. Home Office have confirmed that as ‘Nationality’ is not a mandatory field on the Police National Computer (PNC) the Home Office cannot provide the information requested in the PQ.</p> more like this

impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.</p><p>3) Previous convictions are counted based on the number of occasions on which offenders have previously received a conviction for any offences recorded on the Police National Computer, including some offences committed outside of England and Wales. Where there were multiple offences on the same occasion, only the primary offence as recorded on the Police National Computer would be counted.</p><p>4) Previous sexual offences will include previous rape offences, therefore the individuals counted in the previous rape convictions column, will also appear in the previous sexual offence columns.</p><p>Rape offences include attempted rape.</p>

star this property answer text <p>Full consideration has been given to the effect of the proposed fees structure for grant of probate applications on receipts and subsequently on processing performance. We would expect an increase in the number of applications received prior to the introduction of the new fees, which would be partly offset by a decline in receipts post-introduction.</p><p> </p><p>In March 2019 there was a significant increase of probate applications ahead of the anticipated implementation of the new fee structure but, as the fees were not introduced as planned, the high volume of receipts continued into April.</p><p> </p><p>Urgent action has been taken to address the delays which have been experienced in the probate service. Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service is increasing staffing levels and further improving the digital service to help reduce waiting times.</p> more like this
