Their efficiency varies depending on the particular technologies used and how they are operated. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/03/2017 answer text <p>The Renewable Heat Incentive consultation on support for Biomass Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant closed on 10 March. This consultation proposed changing the current 10% power efficiency requirement for biomass CHP plants applying to the RHI scheme to a 20% power efficiency requirement.
