star this property answer text <p>HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) published the research ‘Report on use of non-financial credit VAT registration data in trade credit scoring’ on 25 June 2014. This can be found at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/sharing-and-publishing-data-for-public-benefit" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/sharing-and-publishing-data-for-public-benefit</a>. The report demonstrated that a controlled release of non-financial VAT registration data would have significant benefits for business in securing additional trade credit. Provisions to enable this are now in the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill currently before Parliament.</p><p> </p><p>The research report also identified that there may be benefits for HMRC in such data sharing although, without further work, it was not possible to quantify these. star this property answer text <p>Long-term youth unemployment is falling, the number of young people who have been claiming Jobseeker's Allowance for over a year has fallen for 17 consecutive months.</p><p> </p><p>But no young person should be left behind in the recovery. We have delivered 1.7 million apprenticeships starts so far this Parliament. We will abolish employer National Insurance contributions for under 21s which will help to support jobs for almost 1.5 million young people in employment. star this property answer text <p>For existing automated systems, human control requires an authorised operator to set the pre-programmed parameters for the weapon system's operation. Authority to activate such systems is given only in full accordance with the targeting directive for a specific theatre of operations, targeting policy and rules of engagement which ensure adherence to international humanitarian law. <br><br>The decision to deploy a particular weapon system in any given theatre of operations depends upon the context of that operation. It would be unreasonable to deny our Armed Forces the option of using the most appropriate weapons (including systems that can be operated in automatic mode) to engage legitimate military targets.</p> more like this

The decision whether to use lethal force against a legitimate military target is made through a rigorous targeting process, the targeting directive for a specific theatre of operations and rules of engagement which ensure adherence to international humanitarian law. <br><br>Since 1999, when the requirement to do so under the Geneva Conventions Additional Protocol I Article 36 came into effect for the UK, all new weapons, means and methods of warfare entering service have been subjected to a review in order to ensure they are capable of being used lawfully in armed conflict. The UK is committed to upholding the Geneva Conventions and encourages others to do the same.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Department publishes the number of Green Deal assessments that have been lodged in each parliamentary constituency in Wales in Table 1.6b of its quarterly Official Statistics release:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/green-deal-energy-company-obligation-eco-and-insulation-levels-in-great-britain-quarterly-report-to-december-2013" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/green-deal-energy-company-obligation-eco-and-insulation-levels-in-great-britain-quarterly-report-to-december-2013</a></p><p> </p><p>The latest figures show that there were 5,875 assessments lodged in Wales up to the end of December 2013.</p><p> </p><p>Green Deal finance is only one option available to householders.
