Part of this objective is to consider diversity and inclusion in our policy and policy developments. In line with the Civil Service D&amp;I strategy we are particularly focused on increasing the representation of talented Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) people, and people with disabilities, in our organisation. For 2020/21 we have a specific Race Action Plan, setting out how we will increase ethnic diversity, and equality of opportunity for ethnic minority staff.</p><p> </p><p>There are 10.95 full-time equivalent (FTE) staff in the central Department and its Executive Agencies working on “internal” diversity and inclusion.
