To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many reports of allegations of (a)
sexual assault, (b) exposure, (c) voyeurism, (d) sexual activity in a public lavatory
and (e) other forms of sexual misconduct were made by commanding officers to each
of the service police forces in (i) 2013 and (ii) 2014 to date; and if he will make
a statement.
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what discussions
he has had with the government of Malaysia on the trial of the leader of the opposition
in that country, Anwar Ibrahim; and if he will make a statement.

My right hon. and noble Friend the former Minister of State, Baroness Warsi, raised
Anwar Ibrahim’s case with senior members of the Malaysian government during her visit
to Malaysia in April this year. Our High Commission in Malaysia has also discussed
the matter with Malaysian ministers and officials on a number of occasions in recent
months and is closely monitoring Anwar’s appeal against his conviction, including
by attending court hearings alongside other diplomatic missions.

To ask the hon. Member for South West Devon, representing the Speaker's Committee
on the Electoral Commission, what the electoral registration figures were in each
ward in the recent confirmation dry run conducted in Bridgend County Borough Council;
and if he will make a statement.

The Electoral Commission informs me that the confirmation dry run involved matching
all entries on the electoral registers against the Department for Work and Pensions
(DWP) Customer Information System database. Entries would be marked as green if they
matched with DWP, amber if they were a partial match or red if there was no match.

The
ward results for Bridgend County Borough Council were as shown in the following table:

Results for all wards are available on the Commission's website here: The Electoral Commission also produced a report analysing the results of the Confirmation
Dry Run Process, which can be found on its website here: <a href="http://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0019/163144/Confirmation-Dry-run-2013-Results-report.pdf"

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what protections have been built
into Universal Job Match to ensure the service cannot be infiltrated with non-existent
jobs with the aim of accessing personal data; and if he will make a statement.

The security of a user's data is of the utmost importance to us and
built into the service are monitoring tools and vacancy checks, which help to detect,
deter and remedy inappropriate use of the site. There are also warnings to users of
the service advising them they should not be asked to reveal personal details. Additionally,
a 'Contact Us' facility is provided so users can quickly highlight any employers that
they may have concerns about. DWP then investigate such concerns.

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the budget of the Service Complaints
Commission has been in each year of its operation; how many staff have been employed
by that Commission; how such figures will change after April 2014; and if he will
make a statement.

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many administrative actions under AGAI67
have been considered to have been illegal punishments in each year since 2008 in each
branch of the armed forces; and if he will make a statement.

It is assumed that the hon. Member is referring to cases where administrative action
was taken, under AGAI Chapter 67 or the equivalent regulations in the Naval Service
and RAF, against Service personnel who had been in receipt of a simple police caution,
after the amendment to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 made by section 49
the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act which came into force on 19 December 2008.

The range of administrative sanctions which could have been applied in such
circumstances is extremely wide, ranging from a formal warning to termination of service.
A full analysis by year would require the examination of individual records and could
only be obtained at disproportionate cost.

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many (a) allegations of, (b) investigations
of, (c) prosecutions for and (d) convictions for (i) rape and (ii) sexual assault
fell under the jurisdiction of the Service Police in Cyprus in each year since 2008.

The following table details allegations of rape and sexual assault investigated
by the Service Police in Cyprus in each year since the implementation of the Armed
Forces Act 2006 on 1 November 2009 to 25 March 2014.

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with which small and medium-sized companies
in Wales his Department has contracted in each year since 2010; and if he will make
a statement.

The Ministry of Defence has contracted with over 600 small and medium-sized enterprises
in Wales since 1 April 2010, spending around £51 million on these contracts. A list
of the companies, broken down by financial year, has been placed in the Library of
the House.

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his Answer of 17 March 2014,
Official Report, column 534, what the date and location is of his planned small and
medium-sized enterprise meeting in Wales; and if he will make a statement.

I look forward to visiting Wales to meet small and medium-sized enterprises which
support defence, as part of my routine engagements with defence suppliers. I plan
to visit in coming months.
