This guidance can be found at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/employers-illegal-working-penalties" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/employers-illegal-working-penalties</a>.</p><p>Documentation to demonstrate an individual’s right to work in the UK is set out in the employer guidance and Code of Practice for preventing illegal working.
