	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/06/2019 answer text <p>The Office for National Statistics (ONS) report annual statistics on perinatal mortality. The latest release of these data show that in England and Wales, the perinatal mortality rate in 2016 was 6.6 deaths per 1,000 births. This is similar to 2015 when there was a rate of 6.5 deaths per 1,000 births. There has been a general decline in national perinatal mortality rates in recent years; for example, the rate in 2010 was 7.4 deaths per 1,000 births. Data specifically for Slough have only recently begun to be published by the ONS. Therefore, it is not possible to make an assessment of the trends in perinatal mortality in the Slough constituency at this stage. However, in 2016 there were 29 perinatal deaths recorded in Slough representing a perinatal mortality rate of 11 deaths per 1,000 births.</p><p>The Government remain committed to the national ambition to halve the 2010 rates of stillbirths, neonatal and maternal deaths and brain injuries that occur during or soon after birth by 2025 and to achieve at least a 20% reduction in these rates by 2020. The PhAS helps to support the financial viability of pharmacies in areas where there are fewer pharmacies.</p><p>The Department continues to monitor closely the market to identify and address issues that may impact patient access to pharmacy services. The table below shows the increase in accepted post numbers, by recruitment year. Fill rates for clinical radiology in England over the last seven years have always been 100%. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/02/2019 answer text <p>National waiting time standards for Early Intervention in Psychosis, Improving Access to Psychological Therapies and Children and Young People Eating Disorder Services are already being met or are on track to be met by 2020/21 for the south east.</p><p> </p><p>Under the NHS Long Term Plan, there will be a comprehensive expansion of mental health services, with an additional £2.3 billion per year in real terms by 2023/24. NHS England will be testing four week waiting times for children and young people’s, adults’ and older adults’ community mental health teams, with selected local areas. Clear standards will then be set for patients requiring access to community mental health treatment and rolled out across the National Health Service over the next decade. This will include new waiting times for children and young people, adults and those experiencing a mental health crisis. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/02/2019 answer text <p>Health Education England (HEE) published its first ever Cancer Workforce Plan in December 2017 and is making significant additional investment in the cancer workforce, £8.6 million in 2018/19. HEE intended to publish a second phase, longer-term strategy that looked at the cancer workforce needs beyond 2021. This work was started and stakeholders from within the National Health Service and the charitable sector contributed to the early discussions. This work has since been superseded by publication of the NHS Long Term Plan in January 2019.</p><p> </p><p>My Rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has subsequently commissioned Baroness Dido Harding, working closely with Sir David Behan, to lead a number of programmes to engage with key NHS interests to develop a detailed workforce implementation plan.
