A list of those allocated to the North East is attached. Analysis of investment in all regions includes an apportioned share of spending on nationally-managed projects and programmes. The methodology for this is set out in Annex B of the pipeline analysis document. As has been the case with successive administrations, the Treasury workforce model benefits from a significant number of secondments into and out of the department to ensure we utilise and learn from those with skills gained elsewhere.
