Government officials have participated in expert group discussions on the so called delegated acts which will lay down the detailed rules. The UK devolved administrations have been fully involved in briefing for those meetings, including on the provisions for movement testing. Written representations have also been submitted to the European Commission. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/07/2019 answer text <p>There has been no change of policy on how adjuvant bisphosphonates should be offered to patients for the management of breast cancer since the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance on early and locally advanced breast cancer: diagnosis and management was updated in July 2018.</p><p>The use of adjuvant bisphosphonates was one of the key areas that was covered in the update. We have raised Christian persecution with the Indian Government. This Directive enables Member States to exempt vehicles manufactured or registered for the first time at least 30 years ago from periodic roadworthiness testing. The Government’s consultation response, published in September 2017, set out the decision to exempt most vehicles over 40 years old from testing, except for those which have been substantially changed. The regulation of activities in Lough Foyle is the responsibility of the Loughs Agency, a cross-border body established under the Belfast Agreement of 1998.</p><p> </p><p>We remain fully committed to these arrangements and continue to work closely with the Irish Government over improvements to the management of the Loughs.
