	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/01/2016 answer text <p>Public Health England (PHE) and the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC) have been carefully monitoring the Zika virus outbreak in the Americas since it was first reported in Brazil during May 2015. When the Brazilian Ministry of Health announced a potential link between maternal Zika virus infection and microcephaly in December 2015, PHE and NaTHNaC published updated advice for travellers to South and Central America and the Caribbean, including specific advice for pregnant women. This advice continues to be updated regularly as more information becomes available.</p><br /><p>PHE has been and continues to liaise with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Association of British Neurologists and the Association of British Travel Agents who have published updates on their respective websites. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/11/2017 answer text <p>Educational achievement is at the heart of our commitment to making this a country where everyone has a fair chance to go as far as their talent and hard work will take them. Thanks to our reforms, there are 1.8 million more children in schools rated good or outstanding than in 2010. We recognise that young people from disadvantaged backgrounds - defined as those currently or formerly in receipt of free school meals and currently or formerly looked after - may face extra barriers to achieving their potential. This is why we introduced the pupil premium in 2011 and have invested over £11bn - almost £2.5bn this year alone – so that schools can provide extra support to disadvantaged pupils of all abilities.</p><p> </p><p>We created the early years pupil premium in 2015 so disadvantaged children are better prepared for school and, beyond school, the independent Director of Fair Access has agreed access agreements for 2018/19 which will see universities plan to spend more than £860 million - significantly more than the £404 million in 2009 - on measures to continue to improve access for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.</p><p> </p><p>The attainment gap between disadvantaged pupils and their peers has decreased at both age 11 and age 16 since 2011. This means better prospects for disadvantaged pupils and a more prosperous life as an adult.</p><p> </p><p>But we know there is more to do. The resolution includes a commitment to increase the number of international human rights experts in the Yemen Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) operation, making clear the independent mandate for OHCHR to conduct their own investigations. The resolution also maintains the technical cooperation programme for OHCHR to strengthen the National Commission in Yemen, which we believe will make a difference on the ground. According to the United Nations, 21 million Yemenis (80% of the population) are now in need of humanitarian assistance. Of those, 6 million are facing severe food shortages; over 9 million have lost access to water; and 1.2 million have been displaced. 70% of health facilities have stopped operating and two thirds of the population are now deprived of health services. The UN has confirmed outbreaks of dengue fever and reported rising numbers of measles, rubella and polio cases due to disruptions to planned immunisation programmes and cold-chain vaccine storage because of severe fuel shortages.</p><p> </p><p>The UK is the largest contributor globally to the UN’s Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) and welcomes the release of $25 million to assist those affected by the crisis in Yemen, and the announcement that $8 million has been committed to the WHO to provide life-saving medicines for non-communicable diseases. Our latest figures show that since the roll out of automatic enrolment, nearly 6 million people have now been automatically enrolled, and opt outs have remained much lower than were originally anticipated. We expect that around nine million workers will be newly saving or saving more by 2018. Since the roll out of automatic enrolment, nearly 6 million people have been automatically enrolled into a workplace pension. Only 10% of individuals that have been automatically enrolled so far have chosen to opt out. This is one of the key indicators of the policy’s success in increasing participation in pension saving.</p><p> </p><p>Individuals who have opted out of automatic enrolment and have subsequently changed their mind can discuss with their employer how to opt back in. Furthermore, employers are required by law to automatically re-enrol eligible workers every three years. This prompts individuals to periodically reconsider their saving arrangements. Employers also have duties to provide certain information to their workers within prescribed time limits.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, the national communications campaign<em>, Don’t Ignore the Workplace Pension,</em> raises awareness of pension saving among both employees and employers, and promotes the idea that saving in a workplace pension is normal.
