<p /> <p>Children exposed to asbestos from their parents can already receive compensation in their own right if they are suffering from Diffuse Mesothelioma under Part 4: Lump Sum Payments: Mesothelioma etc., of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008.</p>
