Large businesses must report every 6 months on their payment behaviour starting with their first full financial year that starts on or after 6 April 2017. All reports are publicly accessible at:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://check-payment-practices.service.gov.uk/search" target="_blank">https://check-payment-practices.service.gov.uk/search</a></p><p> </p><p>As of 1 April 2015 all central government departments, including their Executive Agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies, have been required to report on their prompt payment performance. They must publish the percentage of their invoices paid within 5 days and within 30 days on a quarterly basis on their GOV.UK pages.</p><p> </p><p>On 10 April, we opened a consultation on whether it would be appropriate to exclude suppliers from major government procurements if they cannot demonstrate a fair, effective and responsible approach to payment in their supply chain management. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/09/2018 answer text <p>As per the Government Resources and Accounts Act (2000), there is no legal requirement for agencies or other public bodies to publish their accounts before the January following year end.</p><p> </p><p>The Sea Fish Industry Authority (SFIA) and the National Forest Company (NFC) will not have published their annual report and accounts by 31 July 2018.</p><p> </p><p>The SFIA has historically presented its completed annual report and accounts after the summer recess. The Authority is working with the Core Department and the National Audit Office with a view to laying and publishing its annual report and accounts at an earlier stage in future years.</p><p> </p><p>The NFC converted to a charity in April 2016. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/09/2018 answer text <p>The budget for election observation missions (EOMs) is devolved to each Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) geographical department, so figures are not held centrally. This year the UK has sent observers to the OSCE EOMs in Russia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Montenegro, and will be sending observers to the EOMs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Moldova. We shall assess which OSCE EOMs the UK will send observers to in 2019 once we have confirmation from the OSCE of the elections they plan to observe.</p><p>In addition, the UK funds observers to EU EOMs through our delivery partner, the Westminster Foundation for Democracy. We have also granted the Commonwealth Secretariat £1.8m for their work across the Commonwealth on EOMs.</p><p>There has been no change in policy on the UK's commitment to supporting election observation missions. It will not be possible to fund observers for every mission. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/07/2018 answer text <p>The Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park is a joint venture between the public and private sectors, led by Legacy Park Ltd with partners Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Hallam University and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. It aims to be a model of social inclusion bringing new jobs and communities together. For example, the National Centre for Sports and Exercise Medicine Sheffield, which opened in September 2015, brings together clinical services, sport and exercise specialists and health professionals to make it easier for physical activity to become part of the treatment for a range of chronic health conditions. This model has delivered a more efficient and effective service for staff and patients and increased capacity to deal with musculoskeletal problems by 50%. It has also delivered significant improvements in National Health Service staff health and wellbeing through the workplace wellness programme.
