As well as a £325 million investment in diagnostic machines, we have provided an additional £1 billion to the National Health Service to tackle the elective backlog,and ensure there is sufficient capacity in place to diagnose and treat the additional people coming into the system. To encourage patients to come forward to their general practitioner if they have symptoms, we launched the successful ‘Help us Help you’ campaign. NHS England also recently published Priorities and Operational Planning Guidance, highlighting that cancer recovery remains a priority for the NHS as a whole. The Mandate Resettlement Scheme also allows those recognised by the UNCHR as refugees to join close family members here in the UK.</p><p><br>We always aim to resettle families referred to the UK’s resettlement schemes by the UNHCR as close as possible to any family members already here in the UK, however this is subject to the availability of suitable and sustainable accommodation and relevant support services in that area.</p><p><br>We are working with key stakeholders and international partners on our future Asylum and Resettlement Strategy. This includes our response to recommendation 7.</p><p>I am clear that the public expects us to enforce immigration laws approved by Parliament as a matter of fairness to those who abide by the rules and to protect tax-payer funded services, by ensuring that only those who are entitled to use publicly funded services can access them and that those who are here legitimately do not suffer negative consequences.</p><p>We do not intend to deviate from these key principles, but I have tasked my officials to undertake a full evaluation of the compliant environment policy and measures, individually and cumulatively, to make sure that the crucial balance is right. Fees for firearm and shotgun certificates issued by the police were last increased in 2015. The increase followed a public consultation which included an impact assessment setting out estimated costs, which can be found on gov.uk. The fee levels were calculated with a view to enabling police forces to move closer to full cost recovery when a police-led online licensing system is introduced. The police began trialling an on-line application portal in selected forces late last year. Delays with introducing online licensing make it difficult to accurately identify costs at this time but we will carry out a comprehensive review of the fees in 2020.</p><p>Applications for licences to possess prohibited firearms, for approved shooting clubs, and museums with firearms collections, are administered by the Home Office and Scottish Government. The Policing and Crime Act 2017 created a power to charge new fees for these licences. We sought views on proposals for the new fees in a public consultation in 2017. The consultation was accompanied by an impact assessment, which set out the estimated net costs of the system. These fees are currently being reviewed to assess any changes in police costs.</p><p> </p><p>The Home Office administers applications for firearms licences made by museums with gun collections, approved shooting clubs, and dealers wishing to possess prohibited firearms. The Policing and Crime Act 2017 created a power to charge new fees for these licences. We sought views on proposals for new fees in a public consultation in 2017. Alongside the consultation, we published an impact assessment, which set out the estimated net costs of the system. We received around 5,000 responses to the consultation, which we have considered carefully. We undertook to review the proposed level of fees before they were finalised and officials are currently in discussion with groups representing licensed firearms holders. We have introduced a range of measures to ensure people can stay safe and many of these are available for those with a No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) condition.</p><p>For those whose jobs are impacted but have retained employment status, the assistance provided under the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (which remains in place until 31<sup>st</sup> October) and the Self-employed Income Support Scheme are not classed as public funds and are available to all those who are legally working or self-employed respectively, including those with NRPF status and those on zero-hour contracts. Statutory sick pay and some other work-related benefits, which are also not classed as public funds and so are also available to all.</p><p>If an individual with NRPF has been working in the UK and lost their employment, if sufficient national insurance contributions have been made, they may be entitled to claim contributory Employment and Support Allowance.</p><p>We have also temporarily extended the eligibility criteria for free school meals to support some families with NRPF, in recognition of the difficulties they may be facing during these unique circumstances. The Policing and Crime Act 2017 created a power to charge new fees for these licences. We sought views on proposals for the new fees in a public consultation in 2017. It does not give access to monies held in Child Trust Funds. Where the child is incapable of accessing the funds themselves, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 provides for how a third party can do that on the child’s behalf, namely, through the Court of Protection. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/01/2019 answer text <p>We will be reintroducing a Jobcentre outreach service at both Manor Library and Manor and Castle Development Trust in Sheffield. Work coaches will be based in Manor Library each Wednesday and Manor and Castle Development Trust each Tuesday. Staff from Cavendish Court Jobcentre have been identified for these roles and once each location has completed the necessary risk assessments we will agree a start date for the service. Customers will be notified of the services that will be available, which will include jobsfairs as well as benefits advice.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, Sheffield City Council have agreed funding for a construction hub on the Manor to support regeneration.
