star this property answer text <p>HMRC does not collect information on the contribution to APD revenues made from flights to or from specific airports.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>HMRC published a report in October 2012 modelling the effects of price differentials at UK airports, including the effect of a price change at Scottish airports equivalent to the full value of air passenger duty. Figure 2 of the report gives a reading of the possible passenger response at Manchester airport.</p><p> </p><p>A cross-party process reached the recommendation that Air Passenger Duty should be devolved to the Scottish Government. HMRC analysis of the potential effects on UK airports of price changes at Scottish airports aided the discussions behind this process. The analysis can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/modelling-the-effects-of-price-differentials-at-uk-airports</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Chancellor announced on 27 February that the Government will review potential options to support regional airports affected by devolution. As part of the review, the Government plans to publish a discussion paper by the summer examining the devolution and variation of APD rates within England, and the provision of aid for regional airports.</p><p> </p>

star this property answer text <p>The 2014 Cancer Patient Experience Survey reported that 93% of cancer patients surveyed who were being treated with radiotherapy and or chemotherapy received emotional support.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The survey also reported that the majority of cancer patients who took part in the survey said they received advice on practical matters such as availability of support groups (83%) and free prescriptions (78%). Just over half of patients surveyed reported receiving advice on financial help and benefits. NHS England recognises there may be opportunities for improvement in this area.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Living With and Beyond Cancer, a new joint initiative between NHS England and Macmillan Cancer Care, is currently in development. CCGs already commission all other wheelchair services.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Ministers made the decision to transfer commissioning responsibility for this service following advice from the Prescribed Specialised Services Advisory Group, an independent advisory committee established by the Department, which considers proposals for changes to commissioning arrangements against four statutory factors.
