unstar this property answer text <p>There are currently two cross-departmental review processes being run by the Cabinet Office. The first is focussed on National Security, refreshing the 2010 National Security Strategy and Strategic Defence and Security Review. The second is the Bribery and Corruption enforcement review.</p><p> </p><p>The next iteration of the National Security Strategy and the Strategic Defence and Security Review will cover reserved matters. The Cabinet Office plans to consult a wide range of stakeholders, including the Devolved Administrations.</p><p> </p><p>The Bribery and Corruption enforcement review has consulted widely, including with relevant agencies of the Devolved Administrations. These include the National Counter Corruption Unit of Police Scotland, and the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.</p><p> </p><p>There are also a number of cross-departmental review processes being run, for example the ‘Cutting Red Tape’ programme and the Resilience Review. These reviews consult widely, including with relevant agencies of the Devolved Administrations where appropriate, usually via the Lead Government Departments.</p><p> </p><p>I will write to the Honourable Member in the Autumn to provide a more detailed update of the cross-departmental review processes being undertaken by the Cabinet Office, and will place a copy of this letter in the library of the House.</p>

unstar this property answer text <p>In April 2015, the Supreme Court ordered that the Government must submit new air quality plans for nitrogen dioxide to the European Commission by no later than 31 December last year, having held a public consultation on those plans for a minimum of 40 working days.</p><br /><p>The public consultation took place between 12 September and 6 November. Defra submitted new plans setting out how the UK Government intends to improve air quality and meet the requirements of the ambient air quality directive to the European Commission on 17 December last year, meeting the requirements of the order.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The Department does not have a specific estimate of the number of journeys by hauliers from Scotland delayed as a result of closures to the Channel Tunnel and disruption at Calais in the last three months.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Statistics for previous years road freight journeys to and from the UK and the continent have been published, although figures for 2015 are not yet available. In 2014 there were 352,000 journeys made between the UK and the continent by UK registered powered goods vehicles, although not all of these travelled via Dover or Eurotunnel.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>17 July was the 15th day of Operation Stack within the past 3 months.</p><p> </p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is in regular contact with Vauxhall regarding their investigation into the cause of the fires. Vauxhall are continuing their action of notifying owners of Zafira's, requesting the return of the vehicle to a franchised dealer for inspection of the heating and ventilation system.</p><p>DVSA have a forthcoming meeting with Vauxhall to evaluate early evidence from the fire damaged vehicles and those vehicles examined as part of the pro-active action. DVSA will continue to work with the manufacturer to identify the cause of the fires and agree an action going forward to address the issue.</p><p> </p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p /> <p>The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service can offer support to individuals with a mental health condition who are absent from work or finding work difficult.</p><p> </p><p>The service supports those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress or other mental health issues that are affecting their work.</p><p> </p><p>The service was established in December 2011 and is delivered by Remploy Employment Services.</p><p> </p><p>Fit for Work provides both a supportive occupational health assessment and general health and work advice to employees, employers and General Practitioners (GPs), to help individuals stay in or return to work.</p><p> </p><p>We have also allocated over £43 million in the next three years to pilot services which support people with common mental health conditions to get into, and stay in, work. These will include buying early access to support online cognitive behavioural therapy for claimants and users of Fit for Work; and co-locating NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in Jobcentres.</p>
