	answer	answer answer text <p>There are currently two cross-departmental review processes being run by the Cabinet Office. The first is focussed on National Security, refreshing the 2010 National Security Strategy and Strategic Defence and Security Review. The second is the Bribery and Corruption enforcement review.</p><p> </p><p>The next iteration of the National Security Strategy and the Strategic Defence and Security Review will cover reserved matters. The Cabinet Office plans to consult a wide range of stakeholders, including the Devolved Administrations.</p><p> </p><p>The Bribery and Corruption enforcement review has consulted widely, including with relevant agencies of the Devolved Administrations. These include the National Counter Corruption Unit of Police Scotland, and the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.</p><p> </p><p>There are also a number of cross-departmental review processes being run, for example the ‘Cutting Red Tape’ programme and the Resilience Review. These reviews consult widely, including with relevant agencies of the Devolved Administrations where appropriate, usually via the Lead Government Departments.</p><p> </p><p>I will write to the Honourable Member in the Autumn to provide a more detailed update of the cross-departmental review processes being undertaken by the Cabinet Office, and will place a copy of this letter in the library of the House.</p>

	answer	answer answer text <p>It is the responsibility of local authorities to decide how to allocate funding for youth services according to local need, through the existing statutory duty (Education Act 2006, Section 507B). Government launched the Delivering Differently for Young People Programme to offer practical support to local authorities in exploring innovative and sustainable models for delivering youth services. Government continues to support the Centre for Youth Impact to work with youth organisations to undertake research to measure impact and demonstrate value to funders and commissioners. We are also committed to expanding National Citizen Service, which many youth sector organisations help to deliver. Government is taking new steps to encourage and enable social action. This includes a further £15m investment in the next phase of the Centre for Social Action. We want social action to become a lifelong habit.</p>

	answer	answer answer text <p>As part of its responsibility for maintaining the UK companies register, Companies House undertake some basic checks on companies during the incorporation process. The Government has no current plans to require additional processes and checks before registration.</p><p> </p><p>Companies House maintains statistics on the nature of the complaints it receives about alleged address fraud.</p><p> </p><p>Companies House follows up on all complaints received about newly incorporated companies and works closely with law enforcement agencies where fraudulent activity is suspected. It is an offence under the Companies Act to submit false information to Companies House.</p><p> </p>

	answer	answer answer text <p>Limiting firework displays to regulated organised displays only is not supported, on public safety grounds, by the current available evidence. Official statistics, from NHS Digital, demonstrate that there is a downwards trend in hospital admissions in England, arising from the discharge of fireworks, with 114 such admissions in 2014/15. The Government will continue to focus on reducing accidents and nuisance by encouraging industry, retailers and others to promote responsible use through guidance and public education.</p><p> </p><p>The Government accepts that fireworks can have a detrimental effect on some animals. However, we consider that if users follow guidance on the correct and sensible use of fireworks, and owners of animals take appropriate precautions, these can help to avoid or reduce any detrimental effects.</p>
