The Government has no current plans to require additional processes and checks before registration.</p><p> </p><p>Companies House maintains statistics on the nature of the complaints it receives about alleged address fraud.</p><p> </p><p>Companies House follows up on all complaints received about newly incorporated companies and works closely with law enforcement agencies where fraudulent activity is suspected. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/09/2016 answer text <p>Limiting firework displays to regulated organised displays only is not supported, on public safety grounds, by the current available evidence. Official statistics, from NHS Digital, demonstrate that there is a downwards trend in hospital admissions in England, arising from the discharge of fireworks, with 114 such admissions in 2014/15. The Government will continue to focus on reducing accidents and nuisance by encouraging industry, retailers and others to promote responsible use through guidance and public education.</p><p> </p><p>The Government accepts that fireworks can have a detrimental effect on some animals. They will be responsible for overseeing and setting priorities for the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate, National Minimum Wage enforcement and the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/12/2016 answer text <p>Flexible working benefits both employees and employers: it can enable people with mental health issues to maximise their contribution at work and help employers to retain and make use of their skills. The Government extended the Right to Request Flexible Working to all employees with 26 weeks qualifying service in 2014, where previously it applied only to employees with children and carers of certain adults. The legislation strikes a balance between giving employees flexibility and giving employers the certainty that they need to plan. Many employers agree flexible working arrangements with employees outside the statutory framework. I would encourage employers to be open to flexible working options when recruiting, and to make this visible when advertising jobs.</p><p>Our health and welfare systems need to reflect the benefits that work can bring and offer the opportunity to work for all those who can, help for those who could, and care for those who cannot. Employment contracts and contractual changes are a matter for the individual and the employer to agree, but they must comply with the legal framework.</p><p>Guidance on the GOV.UK website reflects the legal requirements employers must follow when asking individuals to consider contractual changes. In addition, British Business Bank (BBB) programmes are supporting finance to smaller businesses. One of the main programmes – administered by the Start-Up Loans Company - is supporting 70 start-up loans worth £283k in the Linlithgow and East Falkirk constituency.</p><p>Microbusinesses in Scotland also benefit from UK-wide initiatives to encourage investment, for example the Enterprise Investment Scheme and the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme.
