We have also asked that anybody who wishes to share their views on this issue with us do so by 6 February 2018.</p><p>The review will take account of the arrangements in Scotland and Northern Ireland where air weapons are subject to a licensing regime. We will therefore be seeking the views of both Police Scotland and the Police Service of Northern Ireland. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2017 answer text <p>The Government established an independent Financial Policy Committee (FPC) to identify, monitor and take action to remove or reduce systemic risks with a view to protecting and enhancing the resilience of the UK financial system. In March 2017 the FPC judged the appropriate Tier 1 capital requirement for the UK banking system, in aggregate and net of any countercyclical capital buffer, to be 13.5% of risk-weighted assets, as currently measured. It provides targeted support to help with the immediate costs of bereavement rather than being an income replacement for on-going living expenses.
