<p>The proposals to reform the Energy Company Obligation scheme would increase support for low income and vulnerable households from £310 million to £450 million in 2017, with an intention to increase this to £640m each year from 2018 to 2022. Warm Home Discount provides further support to over 2 million low income and vulnerable households each year through a £140 energy bill rebate.</p>
