	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/06/2015 answer text <p /> <p>The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service can offer support to individuals with a mental health condition who are absent from work or finding work difficult.</p><p> </p><p>The service supports those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress or other mental health issues that are affecting their work.</p><p> </p><p>The service was established in December 2011 and is delivered by Remploy Employment Services.</p><p> </p><p>Fit for Work provides both a supportive occupational health assessment and general health and work advice to employees, employers and General Practitioners (GPs), to help individuals stay in or return to work.</p><p> </p><p>We have also allocated over £43 million in the next three years to pilot services which support people with common mental health conditions to get into, and stay in, work.
