Enforcement Case Managers are those caseworkers who do court action rather than administrative enforcement action or financial investigation.</p><p> </p><p>For context the overall head count i.e. people (part-time or full-time) who are Enforcement Case Managers number 269. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/09/2019 answer text <p>The amount of Universal Credit paid to claimants reflects, as closely as possible, the actual circumstances of a household during each monthly assessment period.</p><p> </p><p>Monthly assessment periods align to the way the majority of employees are paid and how utility companies and other service providers collect payments. The UK Government's future partnership paper sets out the UK’s position on enforcement and reviews examples of mechanisms for resolving disputes in international agreements. It states that as part of the deep and special partnership we seek with the EU, it is in the interests of both the UK and the EU that: the rights and obligations agreed between us can be relied upon and enforced by individuals and businesses; and where disputes arise between the UK and the EU on the application or interpretation of these obligations, those disputes can be resolved efficiently and effectively.</p><p> </p><p>The Government's top priority for life sciences during the negotiations is to protect the safety of patients and ensure the integrity of cross-European public health systems. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/06/2017 answer text <p>The Government wants patients to access cost-effective innovative medicines and technologies, which may include emerging treatments for muscle-wasting conditions, at a price that the National Health Service can afford. That is why we commissioned the Accelerated Access Review, which reported in October last year. We are considering the review’s recommendations and will respond in due course.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the exit negotiations the Government will discuss with the European Union and Member States how best to continue cooperation on medicine research and development and regulation in the best interests of both the United Kingdom and the EU.
