That is why we commissioned the Accelerated Access Review, which reported in October last year. We are considering the review’s recommendations and will respond in due course.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the exit negotiations the Government will discuss with the European Union and Member States how best to continue cooperation on medicine research and development and regulation in the best interests of both the United Kingdom and the EU. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/06/2017 answer text <p>The burden of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions is likely to rise significantly due to an ageing population and a combination of obesity and physical inactivity. Individual clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and local authorities (LAs) are responsible for the delivery of services to treat and support the prevention of MSK disorders from their respective resources allocation. Where appropriate, some local services may be designed and delivered in partnership between CCGs and LAs.</p><p>Whilst not all MSK conditions are preventable, physical activity can play an important part in reducing risk of developing certain MSK disorders and managing MSK symptoms. Regular physical activity that meets national guidelines on frequency and intensity can reduce an individual’s risk of developing joint and back pain by 25% and can improve symptoms for people with MSK conditions.</p><p>The Department works with Public Health England (PHE), NHS England and local authorities to promote physical activity. The ‘Providing physical activity interventions for people with musculoskeletal conditions’ report, published in March 2017 is the result of collaboration between Arthritis Research UK, PHE, NHS England and the Department. The report reviews the benefits of physical activity both for people with MSK conditions and wider society and provides a framework that supports a tiered approach to intervention. The Government supports social enterprises in various ways, including championing procurement for social value. At Spring Budget 2017, the Government also announced that the thresholds at which co-operatives will have to conduct a full audit will increase in line with those for companies. This will allow co-operatives to use more of their resources to benefit their members. The Government will continue to explore further ways to support the sector.</p><p> </p><p>Treasury Ministers and officials have meetings with a wide variety of organisations in the public and private sectors as part of the process of policy development and delivery. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/07/2017 answer text <p>The Government has not made an assessment of the annual cost of bank transfer scams (otherwise known as Authorised Push Payment scams) to the UK economy, because the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) is currently undertaking work to assess the scale and scope of the problem.</p><p> </p><p>This is part of their wider programme of work to better protect consumers from these scams and reduce the damage they cause. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/12/2016 answer text <p>The immigration health surcharge aims to ensure that temporary, non-EEA migrants make a fair contribution to the cost of healthcare in the UK, in line with their immigration status. Temporary, non-EEA migrants have not built up the long-term relationship and contribution to the UK that a permanent resident has built up, and will build up, over the course of their lifetime. We are continuing to work closely with the French authorities to identify unaccompanied asylum seeking children who are eligible to come to the UK. The French Government has confirmed that all unaccompanied children present in the camp in Calais have been moved to specialist facilities across France.
