Enforcement Case Managers are those caseworkers who do court action rather than administrative enforcement action or financial investigation.</p><p> </p><p>For context the overall head count i.e. people (part-time or full-time) who are Enforcement Case Managers number 269. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/09/2019 answer text <p>The amount of Universal Credit paid to claimants reflects, as closely as possible, the actual circumstances of a household during each monthly assessment period.</p><p> </p><p>Monthly assessment periods align to the way the majority of employees are paid and how utility companies and other service providers collect payments. The regulations require De La Rue and their sub-contractors to provide HMRC with an annual declaration to ensure compliance with the independence criteria. Implementation of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products, including tobacco track and trace systems, is not a specific area of focus for the FCTC 2030 project. However, several FCTC 2030 countries have joined the Protocol.
