star this property answer text <p>It is essential we put a stop to the immoral behaviour we have seen from some charities over the summer and rebuild people’s faith in giving to charity.</p><p>There will be a new, tougher fundraising regulator which will own and develop the fundraising code of conduct, have the power to stop fundraising campaigns if they are in breach of the rules, name and shame those who do not comply and refer cases to the Charity Commission. It will also establish a Fundraising Preference Service to enable people to reset their consent to receive charity fundraising requests.</p><p>We are also seeking reserve powers to mandate charities to register with the new fundraising regulator should this prove necessary.</p> more like this

The UK Antimicrobial Resistance Strategy, published in September 2013, proposed strong, cross-government action to manage this problem. The UK strategy recognises the central part diagnostics, like C-reactive protein tests, play in getting the right antibiotic drug to the right patient at the right time. National clinical experts are currently finalising commissioning and clinical guidance on standards for the adult obesity surgery pathway.</p><p> </p><p>The draft service specification reflects best practice and describes the standard providers will need to meet for the surgical service.</p> more like this

This review of the commissioning process will be undertaken by the Specialised Services Committee of NHS England in late May 2016.
