star this property answer text <p>The data requested is not held centrally. The UK is committed to ensuring that criminal funds are returned to our international partners. In November 2015 the UK returned £28.7 million of the proceeds of corruption to the authorities in Macao, and the Immigration Minister recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nigerian Government in anticipation of the return of stolen assets to Nigeria.</p><p>The Criminal Finances Bill will create new powers to help our law enforcement agencies recover criminal funds, even when the predicate crimes took place overseas and no conviction has been secured, in the form of Unexplained Wealth Orders and a power enabling the forfeiture of criminal funds held in bank accounts.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Diabetes Quality Standard is clear that people with diabetes who are at risk of foot ulceration should receive regular reviews by a foot protection team in accordance with its clinical guidance. The Health and Social Care Act 2012 places a duty on NHS England to have regard to the NICE Quality Standards. Clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) should also have regard to them in planning and delivering services, as part of a general duty to secure a continuous improvement in quality.</p><p> </p><p>The National Diabetes Audit includes an indicator measuring the provision of access to a multidisciplinary diabetes footcare teams to enable progress to be tracked. The focus to date has been on improving access to assessment and treatment by a specialist team. The proportion of hospitals with a multidisciplinary diabetes foot care team was 60% in 2011, 72% in 2013 and 69% in 2015.</p><p> </p><p>The NHS Operational Planning and Contracting Guidance 2017-19 announced NHS England’s intention to launch a £40 million programme of investment to support CCGs to improve the treatment and care of people with diabetes. This includes improving access to multi-disciplinary foot care teams for people with diabetic foot disease.</p>

star this property answer text <p>The information requested is not held centrally.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England collects information on the number of patients referred to a consultant with suspected cancer or breast symptoms and those who subsequently started treated for cancer; and the number referred and starting treatment within the waiting times standards. However NHS England does not collect information relating to the number of cancelled appointments for cancer referrals.</p><p> </p><p>The operational standard for patients with suspected cancer who are referred by their general practitioner (GP) to a consultant is that 93% of patients have a maximum two week wait.</p><p> </p><p>The percentage of patients who had their first consultant star this property answer text <p>The information requested is not held centrally.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England collects information on the number of patients referred to a consultant with suspected cancer or breast symptoms and those who subsequently started treated for cancer; and the number referred and starting treatment within the waiting times standards. However NHS England does not collect information relating to the number of cancelled appointments for cancer referrals.</p><p> </p><p>The operational standard for patients with suspected cancer who are referred by their general practitioner (GP) to a consultant is that 93% of patients have a maximum two week wait.</p><p> </p><p>The percentage of patients who had their first consultant star this property answer text <p>The total cost of the Police and Crime Commissioner elections held in May 2016 comprises two main elements: the expenditure incurred by Returning Officers in running the polls; and the cost of producing and delivering on-demand candidate information booklets. Returning Officers have six months from the day of the elections to submit their expenses claims and so the final cost will not be known until all of these have been received, scrutinised and settled. The majority of Returning Officers’ expenditure was incurred in April and May 2016.</p> more like this
