The Spring Budget allocated up to £40m to fund pilots over the next two years which will help understand how best to engage adults about the opportunities and benefits of training.</p><p> </p><p>We are publishing a careers strategy shortly that will have a clear focus on social mobility. It will also include proposals to improve the quality and coverage of careers advice in schools and colleges.
