Nationally, youth unemployment is down by over 390,000 since the 2010 election (the quarter to April 2010) – to stand at 547,000.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Note:</strong></p><p> </p><p>The youth unemployment data is estimated by the ONS, using the Annual Population Survey.</p><p> </p><p>The level of youth unemployment in South Gloucestershire was estimated at 2,500 in the year to September 2017. This figure is subject to a high degree of statistical uncertainty due to very small sample sizes.
