A detailed CPS/Police Joint National Rape Action Plan was published in June 2014 which identified a programme of training activity to deliver improvements in investigation and prosecution outcomes. This extensive programme, consisting of a range of face to face specialist training, is currently underway. At present, if a household is within the 20% most deprived areas in Great Britain it may be eligible under this scheme. These areas are identified using the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) measured at the lower super output area (LSOA) level. Note that there are separate IMDs for England, Scotland and Wales.</p><p>Ofgem is currently conducting a review of FPNES. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/06/2015 answer text <p>This is a commercial matter for Cavendish Fluor Partnership who were last year appointed by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) as the Magnox Parent Body Organisation to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency in the decommissioning of the 12 Magnox sites. The Magnox programme is a closure programme and, inevitably, this means that workforce numbers will reduce as the sites are decommissioned.</p><p>The Government sympathises with those directly affected and is assured by the NDA, which has been fully involved in discussions with Magnox on its new organisational structure, that the company will implement its plans in line with industry best practice in order to mitigate the impact of job losses, and with fairness and respect for its staff.</p><p>Nothing will be done to compromise safety and security. The funding policy we announced on 25 October will allow employers in England to use their levy funds to train apprentices from elsewhere in the UK, provided they are working in England. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/11/2017 answer text <p>The department takes the issue of asbestos in schools seriously, and is committed to supporting schools, local councils and academy trusts to fulfil their duty to manage asbestos safely.</p><p> </p><p>The department’s advice to schools, local councils and academy trusts on management of asbestos is contained in the attached Asbestos Management in Schools guidance also published at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/asbestos-management-in-schools--2" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/asbestos-management-in-schools--2</a>.</p><p> </p><p>The guidance provides information on the action duty holders should take in order to prevent pupils and staff being exposed to asbestos. The guidance makes clear that the removal of asbestos should take place only if asbestos containing materials are in poor condition and advises on the risks of unsafe removal. This is in line with the Health and Safety Executive advice that as long as asbestos-containing materials are undamaged, encapsulated and not in locations where they are vulnerable to damage, they should be managed in situ. Friend the Secretary of State issued a written ministerial statement and published the ‘School Teachers’ Review Body’ report on 24 July 2018. Department officials wrote to all statutory consultees, including the teaching unions in Wales, to invite them to comment on the report, the government’s response to it, the revised ‘School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions’ document and accompanying pay order. The consultation lasted for six weeks, ending on 3 September 2018. Undeb Cenedlaethol Athrawon Cymru (UCAC) provided a response and evidence to the consultation on 3 September 2018. The department also invited all statutory consultees to meet Department for Education officials to discuss the report.
